DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS – PLEASE BOOK EARLY as space is LIMITED.  A reduced deposit of $150

($75 is non-refundable) per person is due by July 31, 2008. The regular deposit of $300 ($75 is non-refundable) per person is due beginning August 1, 2008. An optional $400 ($200 per person) monthly payment plan begins on September 1, 2008.  Required additional payments of $400 per person are due November 14, 2008, and February 13, 2009. Payments may be in excess of the amounts listed above.  Final payment is due May 7, 2009. 

CANCELLATION INFORMATION – $75 of the initial deposit is non-refundable.  There is an additional cancellation fee of $50 per person for cancellations received February 14 – May 7, 2009.  There is NO REFUND for cancellations received after May 8, 2009.   Cancellations must be forwarded to Ynot Travel by the date(s) indicated.

TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE – Trip cancellation insurance is recommended.  Protection includes trip cancellation/interruption coverage for reasons of illness or death of you or a family member.  For protection against pre-existing conditions, insurance must be purchased at the time of the initial deposit.  The insurance price is $189 per person for inside and outside cabins, and $209 per person for balcony cabins.  Once purchased, insurance is non-refundable.  With insurance, if the trip is cancelled for covered reasons, all deposits (less the $75 non-refundable deposit and the cost of insurance) will be refunded.

DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED – U. S. citizens must have proof of citizenship, and a photo ID.  Citizens of other countries may need other documentation such as visas and should check with their embassy.
